Community Nurses

Patients who are unable to attend the practice will be referred to the district nursing team based in Dalkeith. The team will assist them and their carers to assess, plan and provide the most appropriate care within the home environment and where possible to remain as independent as possible.  This may be short-term e.g., recovering from surgery or may extend over months/years.  The team based in Dalkeith should be contacted directly if you require the Community Nursing Service.

Telephone No. 0131 561 5519. (Answering service when a district nurse is unavailable).
